“My passion to create jewellery has remained strong.

That’s why I’m always at the bench.”

My Journey

“I’ve always had a passionate interest in creative pursuits from as far back as my childhood. So I knew I was always going to pick a career in something using those abilities. But I’d be lying if I said I found a career in Jewellery making….because it found me.”

That Journey started very early with my father who owned a Jewellers in Croxley Green. I learnt so much from him. I’d come home and watch him making jewellery in his workshop every night. That trend continued until I decided to study for a career in jewellery when I became an apprentice at Alan Gard in Hatton Garden.

Upon finishing my apprenticeship I was offered a job where I continued working for a couple of years. But by the time I had turned 25 I’d decided it was time to make my own mark in the industry, so I set up my own business. From that point on, I have remained in London’s jewellery capital Hatton Garden, where I have settled in my current premises in Bleeding Heart Yard with my fantastic team.

“I feel it’s so important we keep making jewellery by hand. Every piece of jewellery I make for my clients I make with the same level of dedication and professionalism as if I was making it for myself.”

“So much is made abroad nowadays. Particularly in the far east. Which is initially beneficial for the customer cost wise. But most if not all of those pieces will rarely have the longevitiy of a bespoke piece.”
